A Very Baseball Christmas

Being as big a Red Sox fan as I am, I usually receive at least a couple baseball-themed gifts for Christmas. This year was no exception, with the Den Parents giving me $250 worth of tickets. I didn’t actually get the tickets; they leave it up to me to procure tickets through my various sources, and they will pay for them. Not a bad deal.

The Den Son joined in on the action this year, supplementing the ticket gift with “one expense-free day” at a ball game. Almost better than the gift itself is how he delivered it: in the form of a gift certificate to “Joe M.” (Joe Mama) from “Joe S.” (Joe Son). Click on the image to see it larger.

Did you notice the disclaimer at the bottom?

He gets his sense of humor from me.
