The Best of MilBlogs

Some readers of this blog may recall that I used to manage another blog called Medicine Soldier, written by a National Guard officer who served in Iraq last year. He is home now, but his blog is still online for posterity (and posssibly a wrap-up post, if he ever find the time in his once again busy civilian life).

I am excited to announce that Medicine Soldier is one of several military bloggers included in a newly-released anthology of bloggers from the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. The book, The Blog of War: Front-Line Dispatches from Soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan, was edited by a stateside milblogger known as BlackFive. Click on the title above to buy it from Amazon, or look for it at your local bookstore.
